Valve Outlet Seals
These outlet seals are made on all electric machines to be hydrocarbon free.
2 in 1 Seal and Retainer for CGA870 Post Valve

This combination includes a seal and top hat washer. It allows for fast application to post valves as the seal is already preloaded with the washer. The customer simply removes the seal and the washer remains attached to the valve.

Wrap and Lock Dust Cover

This seal was developed for easy application and to be tamper evident.  The seal is destroyed during removal and cannot be put back on the cylinder.  It is also very economical.

Pull Over Seal

This seal is superior to other similar seals sold by others.  It is made of a more pliable material.  It is easier to install and does not require soaking in hot water.  It also has a ridge on the side for better handling.  Can be used with the "Pull Over Installation Tool".

​Post Valve Cleaning Plug

This plug is used to put in the orifice of post valve plugs prior to cleaning or washing to help prevent the cleaning solution from getting into the valve or the cylinder. It is strongly recommended when chemicals will be used during the cleaning process.

Universal Post Valve Sleeve with Pull Tab.  Fits all CGA post valves regardless of gas service.

For use on post type valves when a sealing washer is not provided to the patient with each cylinder.  This seal is designed so that the back side does not come into contact with the pressure relief device.  It is made of pliable material and is very easy to install.

Post Valve Sleeve with Washer Holder on the Outside and a Pull Tab.  Fits all CGA post valves regardless of gas service.

For use on post type valves when a washer is provided with each cylinder.  The washer holder is located on the outside of sleeve as opposed to inside of the sleeve.  The seal is designed so that the seal does not come into contact with the pressure relief device. This seal is made of pliable material and is very easy to install.

Post Valve Sleeve with Washer Holder on the Outside with Gray Washer Preloaded.

​This is the same seal as our part number 033-436 only it comes preloaded with a gray washer. This combination saves the operator valuable time that it takes to manually load the washers into the sleeves. It is also safer as the seal and washers are assembled by automation reducing the chances of contamination by an operator with dirty hands.
